JoeSidders

Joe Sidders, founder of EqualPartnersConsulting, has led teams successfully for over 20 years following an Engineering degree at Cambridge University. He has always believed in the ability of the people he leads to bring great ideas to the table and has seen his role as one who leads from the middle to help them think clearly. His coaching practice has evolved from instinctive leadership preference to learnt expertise.

He is passionate about the learning process and lives by the (probably apocryphal) JB Yeats quote that education is about lighting fires not filling pails. He has taught and led in some of the most well respected schools in the world: Wellington College, Uppingham School, St Paul's, Sao Paulo, Bryanston School, Monkton Combe, and Repton School.
