With many years' experience of the independent school and British School Overseas regulatory frameworks, we walk alongside school leaders to ensure that their educational priorities remain at the heart of their response to their preparation for oversight.

Often there is already much expertise in schools, but for reasons of focus, leadership turnover, or framework familiarity, schools can find it hard to ask the right questions, collect the right evidence, and evaluate the right risks.

We always start with the school's priorities and don't come and 'do' a 'mock' visit. There's enough cortisol flying around as it is and we know that the brain works best when its accessing the pre-frontal cortex most effectively. So we plan our programmes around workshops, leadership 'gaming' (where we can step back from the scenario in a low-stakes way), coaching which builds on expertise, and (only then) gap analysis.

Ideally we want to make our work with you more than just about the regulations: if we can tie in your current strategic focus and use that as the vehicle for our discussions, so much the better.
