• PAYG    Per 1-hour online coaching session (minimum 2).

• Standard    6 online coaching sessions (1 hour) package (online) over 6 months.

• Flexible    10 hours of online coaching, up to 2 hours per session over 12 months.

• 360+ (Leadership Coaching)   360 review following two 1-hour online coaching sessions. Includes collecting written feedback from about 5 colleagues, online verbal follow up with 2 of these colleagues (usually line manager and 1 direct report), a written report for reviewee and line manager, and one follow up online coaching session with reviewee (and manager if desired).

• Subscription (Leadership Coaching)   Monthly subscription (minimum 6 months), which includes up to 2 hours of online coaching per month, an annual 360 review (after at least 3 coaching sessions), access to priority ‘emergency’ coaching, option for 6-monthly in-person coaching sessions.
