Coaching

We seek to build strong partnerships with the leaders we work with and this is reflected in the two packages we offer:

• Mid- and End-of-package reviews

• WhatsApp support

In addition, we work with schools to build their wider coaching practice and culture so that more sustainable, empowering and, ultimately, transformational processes are embedded across the organsation.

Facilitation

As we develop our facilitation relationship with you, we work with you to identify key stakeholders, set clear goals, and embed actions.
